SOCIAL MEDIA INTERN

Responsible for providing customer service and marketing via various social media

platforms for Moments.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1 - Monitor and reply to customer service requests on social media channels.


2 - Engage with customers on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, or Instagram.


3 - Promote company updates and events through social media channels.


4 - Assist with the development of content for company updates and posts.

 

5 - Assist with other marketing activities as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS

1 - ​Familiar with YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok.


2 - Superb customer service skills.


3 - Proficient in product description copyediting.


4 - Currently enrolled in school for business.


5 - Available to work 10-12 hours per week, 12 being the maximum.


6 - Start Date of January 23rd; End Date April 23rd

for future employers in addition to references.


3 - This internship qualifies for academic credit, and is unpaid.


5 - This internship is 80% virtual with occasional site visits to capture client stories.


6 - Opportunity to extend internship into the summer and fall semester of 2023.
